TheReliableHost.com, provides web hosting to a large number of clients. We strive to meet the needs of every client and provide the best service possible. Certain guidelines have been set for use of our services. If you have subscribed to any one of our web hosting plans, following terms are applicable on you:

Use of webspace for mass download of files is prohibited. Additionally, you're are not allowed to host a proxy website. Similar restrictions apply for adult, warez & illegal content hosted on our servers. You can use upto 15% of server resources. If your account is found in violation of these guidelines, it will be terminated immediately without prior notice. We also reserve the right to delete all your data from our server in such a case and dishonor money back request.

Clients are responsible for paying the hosting fees in time. If you fail to do so, your account will be terminated. We will re-activate your account for free if requested within 2 days of termination, after that you have to pay $5 service fee.

If for some reason, we discontinue offering web hosting services, clients will get full refund for that month (only valid if we discontinue in the first half of the month). For reseller accounts, we will refund the monthly reseller account fee only (Refund for your client/s on shared hosting will not be provided).

Upon receipt of payment, new account is created within 3 business hours. Our support and sales team work according to IST timings. We encourage inquiries between 9AM – 5PM for quickest reply.

Terms for dedicated serverand VPS clients:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to known spam and abuse tolerance. Lastly, we reserve the right to determine what violates this policy. As such, any violation will result in immediate deactivation of services without refund.
Server setup can take up to 48 hours and can take up to 1 week if any custom configuration required.
Timely payment of invoices is very important in order to enjoy uninterrupted services, normally invoices are sent within 15 days in advance, if invoices are not paid within grace period i.e. 2 days order will be cancelled and data loss may occur.
